Participants learn real world techniques and tools that can be used right away after the training from terms of reference, risk assessment, work breakdown structure, time estimates, costing, Gantt Charting, planning and controlling.
Participants will be able to deal with real world issues that require project management planning.
To reinforce the concepts, most courses have case studies that participants will be doing after each step to ensure they can apply the principles. The templates provided will allow them to incorporate the training with a project from concept to completion. Upon successful completion of the course participants are awarded PDU points (Professional Development Units), from the PMI - Project Management Institute.
