Quality Improvement
This session includes
discussions about the quality principles that successful organizations are
putting into practise. Millennium 3
Inc. is a member of the American Society of Quality Control (ASQC), and the
keynote speaker and facilitator for the Manitoba Quality Network (QNET). These principles are:

THE
QUALITY CRITERIA FITNESS EVALUATION
In
addition to the quality principles, we conduct a session on the how businesses
can incorporate the quality principles by first reviewing their effectiveness in
particular areas. The evaluation is
a fitness test conducted jointly with the use of the consultant and a team from
the organization. The process includes the fitness evaluation of the following
quality criteria.
A session has been developed that reviews the
essential criteria of a quality organization.
Individual courses have been developed for each criteria that goes into
extensive detail on the development, use and implementation of the principle.
