Steering an organization’s course in today’s complex and rapidly changing business environment requires effective teamwork. Teams are at the center of all effective employee involvement processes. Their success is the key to quality and customer satisfaction. They are one of the most important structures available to mobilize the organization to maximum effectiveness.

Teambuilding is a process in which a team, with assistance builds its awareness of the key factors that influence team performance, examines its own functioning with respect to those factors, and takes action to improve its effectiveness. Teambuilding can help improve a team’s ability to establish common goals, make decisions, communicate, resolve differences, and solve problems.
